Say what you will about flavored Bourbons this whiskey nails the flavor profile without overpowering. On the nose fresh apple scent and sweet, rounded apple and vanilla flavors. Not at all tart and sharp like so many apple flavored concoctions on the market. It's really very subtle. There's also a mouthwatering quality, with a fleeting saline note. Light and recommended for mixing.
