Its fascinatingly sour refreshing wine taste was created by mixing of the young and matured ales which had been undergone secondary fermentation in oak casks under wine.

It has the aroma of rich American hops with hints of tropical fruit, citrus and pine. The taste has several layers of dry bitterness gathered in a balanced bouquet.
